By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using CornCrate.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Account Terms

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date. CornCrate reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

CornCrate offers monthly subscription plans at the prices listed on our website. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Subscription charges are billed on the 1st of each month. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the 1st of the month to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. All charges are in US dollars.

4. Shipping

All crates ship on or around the 5th of each month. Shipping times vary by destination. We currently ship to the United States and Canada. CornCrate is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. 5. Intellectual Property

All content on CornCrate.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of CornCrate or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

CornCrate provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CornCrate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to CornCrate in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of CornCrate after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
