Refund Policy

We want you to love every CornCrate. Here is our policy on refunds, cancellations, and damaged items.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your CornCrate subscription at any time from your account dashboard. To avoid being charged for the next month's crate, you must cancel before the 1st of the month. Cancellations made after the 1st will take effect the following billing cycle, and your current month's crate will still ship as scheduled.

Refunds on Shipped Boxes

Because each CornCrate is curated with perishable snacks and seasonal items, we are unable to offer refunds on boxes that have already shipped. Once your crate is in transit, the order is considered final.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your crate arrives with damaged or missing items, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item(s) and your order details. We will replace damaged items or send a comparable substitute at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your crate shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

One-Time Shop Purchases

For items purchased through our online shop (non-subscription), we accept returns of unopened, non-perishable items within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Perishable items (snacks, food products) cannot be returned.
